Introduction
Learning fine arts is what sparked my love for visual design. This, combined with my curiosity to solve problems, led me to the field of product design.
I was lucky enough to start taking fine arts classes when I was just four years old. I remember so vividly that the first thing I ever did in that class was draw the same apple from nine different perspectives. From then on, I attended weekly art lessons and continued throughout high school. I experimented with a plethora of art mediums, including charcoal, colored pencil, soft pastels, oil pastels, oil painting, acrylic painting, tempera painting, print-making, and more. I eventually started teaching myself modern calligraphy and even digital illustration (see lycheepress.co).
The following works were done with charcoal, oil paint, and watercolor.
